On-Premise & AWS Deployment
Understand Tech can now be deployed fully on your infrastructure with:
• Local LLM (Understand AI) that runs offline, with no external API calls
• SSO via OpenID Connect
• Native AWS support with infrastructure as code

Chained Prompts for Long Document Generation
This new feature eliminates the limitations of traditional LLMs regarding context size and output length.
You can now upload a sequence of prompts, executed step-by-step, with all responses automatically merged into a single document.

Understand Tech is now available as a native node in n8n.
This allows you to trigger business logic based on chat interactions, such as:

This marks the first step toward agentic AI, where assistants don't just respond, they act.
CRM Integration: Zoho & HubSpot
In addition to HubSpot, Understand Tech now supports lead capture directly into Zoho CRM.
From within the assistant, you can collect and sync:
