🧠 A More Powerful AI Model
Our core LLM Understand AI (used in Enterprise and On-Premise plans) has been upgraded to a 32 billion parameter architecture, delivering better reasoning, and improved context understanding.
💡 This means faster and more accurate answers, across more complex tasks all while running entirely within own secure infrastructure (no 3rd party API call).

🧭 One-Click Reasoning Mode
You now have the ability to toggle reasoning mode per assistant, no need to switch models.
Enable it when you need deep thinking; disable it when speed matters most.

🔁 Auto-Update Your Assistants
This was our most requested feature and it's here.
You can now automatically refresh your assistant’s knowledge by selecting a data source and an update frequency (daily, weekly, etc.).
No more manual retraining. Set it and forget it.

🔗 New Enterprise Integrations
- HubSpot → For sales copilots that respond using real CRM data
- ServiceNow → For support copilots trained on live tickets and knowledge base
You can now ground answers directly in tools your team already uses.

📄 Transparent Source Referencing
Based on customer feedback, we’ve enhanced our retrieval pipeline to provide fine-grained references for assistant responses.
Now, each part of an answer is directly linked to its exact source chunk whether it's from a document, a web page, or a structured database.
This allows your teams to:
- Verify claims instantly
- Audit assistant output
- Build trust with traceable, explainable responses
💬 Better Chat Experience
We’ve made several enhancements to improve usability:
- You can now stop a long answer mid-generation
- Improved chat layout and navigation
- Easier access to chat history and responses

⏱️ History Context Control
You can now selectively pull past conversations into context, giving your assistant awareness of previous exchanges only when you need it.
Choose how much history to include:
- By number of messages
- Or by time window (e.g. last 10 minutes, last hour)
This gives you control over continuity and memory, without forcing persistent history by default.
🌙 Dark Mode
Finally, a sleek new look. Dark Mode is now available across the platform and syncs with your system preferences.
